Everyone 1.0, me 1.0 completed split, 1.5 mostly split or detached cover and 1.8 slight split or detached at one staple.

does it help that the tape has been on there for a long time versus freshly set pieces of tape? I would think collectors would want to avoid tape being added to any book going forward, short of maybe archival-- which would be restored work based on what I'm reading here.

Careful with archival tape. That can get you a purple holder too quite often.
