I cut the cap 1, but thought the tape on cf was a downer.... at those prices, one has to really be cautious and break the book down

Tec 33 70k Boom
still just shows how far behind 33 is from 29 and 31...an 8.0 31 would have hit 200K+...a 29 probably 125?...even a 35 in 8.0 would have hit 100K (imo)

tec 44 8.5 closed at 19k. I picked up my 8.0 for 2k. :ohnoez:
its a 3-4k book on an avg day...

 

someone really got screwed on that one :o

$863,736 on 94 lots. An average of $9,188.68 per lot. Where the hell is this money coming from? Some of these prices are :screwy: (granted I admit I overpaid on my one win)

That book sold for $80K a few years ago. Hit $83.6K w/ premium this time around.

 

The market is very fickle the last couple of years.
