I'm content that they take their time and pack everything well. As was mentioned in another thread, some of their packing has been subpar lately.

 

Just received the damaged slab back that I had mentioned earlier. HA had it reholdered and the packaging was back up to standard: safely wrapped in bubble wrap, ends covered, and in the proper size Priority Mail box. Hopefully, the issue with subpar packing has been resolved.
