Detective Comics 33 and 35 FS - one goes, one stays

Hey gang,

 

Looking to raise some capital for a new business venture I've been working on, so need to sell one of the following books. As soon as one of them sells, the other will be off the market.

 

First up, Detective Comics 33....asking $12,500

cr/ow pages, no notes on label

 

 

 

And then...Detective Comics 35....asking $22,500

ow pages, "conservation includes: spine splits sealed to cover, cover reinfoced"

Best guess - this book was probably a 3.0 prior to conservation

Damn, that Tec 33 looks better than some Hulk 1 CGC 2.5's that I've seen.
