When I see books like this I wonder if it's been slabbed before and if it's always been a 9.6 .

I think CGC is slipping. Or the owner of this book is famous and pulled his weight around the CGC offices and demanded a high grade.

It was graded just this month. It's a soft 9.6 but still quite beautiful.

I would not say that's a 9.2 at all

I hate to disagree but a full size scan reveals at least 5+ areas of spine stress on the front cover miswrapped hardly qualifies as a 9.6 in my opinion if this book was raw and I was grading it i'd list it as a vf+ nm- to keep a buyer from arguing.....just my 2 cents but how did this one grade out at 9.6???

Book may not be a 9.6 but 9.0 come on now..

Looks like an easy 9.4 to me. 9.6 just happened to win the coinflip is all.

Fantastic book.
