Impossible Collection? Seriously...

Anyone know what copy of Tec 27 he has? I wonder if he has the Allentown...

 

It's my understanding that he does not have the Allentown.

 

There is a 9.2 on the census and he may own that one now but it's not the Allentown.

 

I believe the Allentown is still raw

 

 

He had a raw Tec 27 :gossip: It's in the pictures of the collection that you never looked at.

The most interesting thing that I left the thread with is how much I miss decent sausage. When I was in Germany I ate some wonderful Bratwurst, absolutely fantastic with strong, ice-cold pilsner. Bratwurst that good is somewhat elusive, here in England.

 

I had thought that it would be necessary to go over to Germany again to recapture that excellence, but apparently there are some world-class examples of this sausage produced in Wisconsin.
