Noticed ng that exclusive books are not very prominent at this show. I see more publishers doing t-shirts or similar swag exclusives. Event or trend? I'm going with trend.

Yeah, I'm thinking you'll start seeing a lot fewer exclusive books at these shows, and you'll start seeing more swag, toys, and the like. There have been way too many variants being produced at shows.

 

Both Dark Horse and Skybound do not have show exclusive books this year, they're both doing t-shirts. It'll be interesting to see what happens at other shows over the course of the next year or so and see whether I'm full of poo or not.
