Maybe because it's the first under 10 Spidey I owned, but I love the blue, and he's a bad Azz villain. 3 is just Classic Ditko!!

#9 and #13 for me, and I just realized they've very similar in layout with the additional scene(s) in a narrow horizontal panel below the main scene...

 

Honorable mention goes to #6 and #14...I think the depth of the background caverns on the cover of #14 is pretty cool...
