Nice one, (thumbs u saw that and almost bid but got hung up on some the EC books. Did try for the MM #2 (which I love).

Mister Mystery #11 - picked it up on Heritage tonight. Paid more than I would have thought but I just don't see it for sale very often. Can't wait to get it in hand.

Sweet! That MM was the first one I picked up from that run....one of the best Precide covers IMO.

I picked up a lot of pre-code Horror at Terry's show in Yorba Linda.

Here's one I've wanted for a while with nice cover art from the crazy artist Myron Fass

Tales of Horror 2

I'm also showing a recent pick up of what Fass was up to after is comic days

Thriller 1 a monster mag with Fass as editor and model! That's him with a noose around his neck

on the front cover. Fass put out a ton of magazines from the late 50's to the 80's.

Gonna read this book cover to cover before trying to dig our way out here at the Jersey shore!

You guys are going to get a huge pile of snow. Here's a tip: if you cover your body with precode horror, you end up nice and warm and smelling like old newsprint. Just don't use the Precodes to get the fire going in the fireplace.

Seriously though buddy, stay safe up there! :)

Awsome book Jayman! One of my favorite Everett covers. Good way to spend a snow day. I'm kicking it in a T-shirt and flip flops out here on the other coast. Stay warm and safe out there!

Thanks RM, that is my copy but I did some special photoshopping to the title!

I've been to the west coast a couple of times and have visited my buddy who lives in Chico. He always tells me I should move out there but I think I'd miss the change of seasons over here in the east. Plus I love using our fireplace on a day like this! PS: I'm actually reading my Atlas Tales Menace hardcover.

Yeah Jayman, I know what you mean I'd miss surfing in January, all the un-rotted vintage cars, riding my motorcycle in Feb with no jacket, Dodger games, these weird palm trees, hot girls wearing very little, flea markets all year round.

You'd hate it here. Earthquakes, gun shots at night, smog, dumb blondes and and traffic on the 405 freeway. (although the Jersey turnpike might we worse some days)

Man, I'm getting homesick already...

I was doing some organizing in my comic boxes and thought these might be fun to share

super funnies 2 a mad rip off taking a shot at the 50's horror craze, must not of worked to well

issue three changed to a western comic

and crime mysteries 10 a crime comic also jumping on the horror band wagon but not as well as

fight against crime

Web of Evil 5 is still a book I haven't pick up Yet,

I thought I would scan a couple PCH Annuals tonight

Voodoo Annual and Secret Diary of Eerie Adventures

both lower grade but of course glad to have them

I know I paid a lot less for my Voodoo Annual then the one that just

sold on ebay.

Anyone here pick up that Web of Evil #5 on Heritage last night? Nice looking book.

I had it on watch, but my current reality is that due to the exchange rate between Canadian and USD the cost is prohibitive.

Nice WOE 5. Love that cover. My latest book finally arrived. Very solid. Agree with the grade HA gave it (GVG) but it's general wear/creasing. Structurally very solid and readable.

Love this cover but it makes me wonder if the artist ever saw an ant before! lol
