I'm still a bit of a novice in this hobby but I feel like somebody overpaid for this one.

 

Any thoughts boardies?

 

It's a tough book in nearly all grades, but it did end up going for above expectations.

So then would it be safe to say my recent pickup of Venus 18 cgc 5.0 was a steal at $800??

My favorite cover so far, and definitely my greatest deal as well. This one flew under the radar for some reason... I'll post pictures as soon as it's in my hands!

 

I was in for the Eerie 1 until about $1300. Never thought it would (almost) hit 3 though.

I'm not sure how the two books are connected, although I will say that you can't go wrong buying Venus 17 - 19, which are fabulous books. Especially at a reasonable price such as that one.
