Also, have you noticed that no one has posted any EC covers? Those were some of the best drawn covers. Feldstein, Craig, Ingles and Davis (and a couple of Wood's). Not a bad one in the bunch. Guess everybody has seen them already.

ECfanman - Yes, I thought EC would have had been represented in a post by now, they are after all currently beating the snot out of the competition in the poll. You make a good point though: that they are generally all well-recognized covers.

As for my own scans - which I'm glad people are enjoying so far - I have been going in alphabetical order. Right now I'm not out of the "A's", so I've a long way to go still..... wink.gif

Onto the killer "B's"....

Ace doesn't get much love, but I think they were pretty hip. Here's Baffling #5 (which is #1 of the run.) Damned Goat People...

From the personal collection of the deceased Jame "Buffalo Bill" Gumm. I can still hear him now: "Would you slab me? I'd slab me. I'd slab me hard. I'd slab me so hard." screwy.gif The only thing that would make this cover better would be if Precious the poodle were on it...

BEWARE....Man, this is just a great title! thumbsup2.gif

Need to post this in the werewolf thread, but I think Adam beat me to it. Oh well, I think his copy is nicer than mine here...

Doesn't matter how many times I see it, I still love the cover!

I know, I know! This has the dreaded big white stamp on it! Still, interesting to see how the title "toned down" post code...

Actually I find it quite interesting how the CCA stamp size requirement diminished over the years. Originally like a postage stamp like in the above example, even blocking out part of the title, to an almost non noticeable blip by the time it reached the copper age.
