Nice copy indeed!!

Great book. Always lots of strong & aggressive bidding involved in getting your hands on this one, but in my opinion it is an over hyped 'classic cover'.

 

True. Crippen copy I might add. Bought before anyone cared.

This is a definite classic horror book according to CGC. Only problem is I don't have the cover. I'm posting it here because the innards are really nice, and you can get a flavour of the book if you only have it slabbed. Sadly tho' the stories are not really indicitive of the iconic cover. They seem to be mainly sci-fi related, but I suppose it is living up to the title of the book.

Strange they should choose such an obvious horror themed cover for what is essentially a sci-fi title.

Ahh, I remember seeing this at Boston Comic Con...where I went and grabbed my girlfriend to see it...and then my friend...and then my brother...all so I could stare at it again myself lol

 

As for Baker covers, IMHO several could should be designated as classic. I mean, how is this not classic?!
