I can't imagine how cool it would be to own that book. Legendary book from a legendary collection. Nice early name marking.

My first thought was 280K but, I could see it selling for more.

Only six copies graded higher, white pages and a ped, I think it will set a record for the book in grade, 450+...

 

The people buying the lower graded and restored copies are not the same people looking seriously at this book IMO.
