Interesting color usage on cover

 

 

Indeed - back in the day, I had the Church copy on this issue (along with Church 17-19) and it really struck me.

 

John McLaughlin (The Book Sail) agreed to buy the 4 book set from me, paid for two of them and then defaulted on the other two. Strange fellow...

Huh... I woulda thunk the 22 or the last 2 issues would be the most difficult. hm

22,25&26 are more difficult imo. 17 was just the last I needed.

Amazing Man 19

 

The Glanzman brothers (Lew and Sam) continue as the featured aman story...Thomas, Lubbers, Filchock all contribute to the issue...another surprisingly tough issue to locate

 

Issue was published in Jan of 41, and you can note from the cover, maybe trying to capture some of the popularity of another "super" man hehe
