dont sell me on the growth potential of the book, just sell me the book... just comes off too smarmy.

Again, I'm all for new people joining the community, but I am getting sick of fly-by-night sellers. How hard is it to read the rules before trying to conduct hundreds of dollars worth of business?

It seems like every day we're getting more and more "Facebook types" attempting to sell here. No references provided. Low post count. Generally doesn't follow the rules. Often times it's a pretty big asking price.

 

What happened that made this site so popular with these types lately? They used to pop in occasionally over the years, but it seems like the frequency has really increased this year.

 

I hate them.

 

 

From my short time here, it feels that the community has become softer/kinder/gentler on noobs. Now if someone says anything "negative" to a noob, the "everyone gets a medal crowd" comes out in defense of them.

 

Also, where ARE the mods these days?
