I find it hard to look at. It's chaotic and unfocused. Looking too long makes me want to vomit; it's like one of those urban legend Japanese films you hear about every so often.

It isn't healthy.  Keeping focused on it for too long would risk snowballing the cover's effect into a disorienting stress headache.
