Spine roll, plenty of wear on spine. Stain upper RH corner through most of book, doesn't touch the art. Tear through spine at lower staple. That being said, how often have you seen one? The last page in the book, activity page front and ad page back, has been neatly clipped out except for a 2" strip at the top. Centerfold is detached but good shape. I've never seen another one.
