I thought it was interesting as during the fight they are realizing each unique power and then applying it. Whether it was speed, levitation or strength. Trial by combat without any warm-up to prepare.

I would have found it interesting had it not been so pedestrian.

The 3rd Act of Shazam simply felt too 'Marvel' to me. I didn't mind the camp, like Shazam not hearing Sivana, but no stakes were felt.

I really think that they should've saved the Shazamily until the sequel. I'm not sure that they could've made it all work for me in the first movie. Maybe the 3rd Act was never going to work for me. Idk. (shrug)

I don't know why, but Legendary only released the David Sandberg commentary track on iTunes.

Maybe it is worth giving it a listen on what his influences and intent was for the third act. :cheers:

Nah, he better have an improved 3rd Act for this sequel. :arguing:
