Collector's Dream Magazines Produced in Canada by noted Timely collector George Olshevsky

#4 1978 Cool Don Rosa cover. The magazine rates the current comic dealers of the time. Lots of surprises. Pulls no punches. Interesting article.  Bob Overstreet interview and more.

#5 1978 Fat 128 page issue "Women in Comics" issue. Long article on what was called "Funk Comics". These are the books we all pay nose bleed money for now. Back then, they were just "esoteric" and pretty cheap. Extensively illustrated.

Great pair of obscure magazines from the good old days of comic collecting. Excellent condition and fun!

$20. for the pair

Nuts #3 July 1954 Premier Pubs (MAD imitator)

Just check out this cover... Marilyn Monroe, Joe Dimaggio and Boris Karloff! Very horror orientated with severed hands. Insides are just about as good with horror, crime GGA all in a "funny vein". This and Eh #4 are the cream of the crop as far as MAD imitators go. Got just a slightly better one a while back so this copy is up for grabs (that is if you don't go to Gorris Garloff's hand laundry. (sorry, just had to do it.

A real nice, clean, bright, tight complete copy. Has a thin, light "subscription" crease down the middle that does not break color. A couple tiny corner creases. Staples are a little weak but still holding pretty well. Other than mentioned, no major tears, creases and no pieces missing. Off white pages.

$275.
