Clay Johnson Posted August 15, 2021 Share Posted August 15, 2021 I got these back from CGC. I’m kind of butthurt about Thor #5, I think CGC accidentally put the Knull label when I didn’t get it. If I send it in for rehokder, it’ll go back to original blue label? Also, I’m proud of the SA #1 Walmart book since it came shrink wrapped and not protected. Jesse-Lee Posted August 19, 2021 Share Posted August 19, 2021 This is a weird one - I ordered and paid for the 2 Department of Truth reprints and then a few FCBD books online. I got a couple of the FCBD books I asked for (including the House of Slaughter pictured and 2 not pictured), but then I got a couple of different FCBD books than the ones I actually ordered, and then I also got this copy of Last Book You’ll Ever Read, which I didn’t order. I’m totally fine with it, the Slaughter was the only FCBD book I really wanted (Stray Dogs wasn’t offered), and the Last Book cover A seems to be going up a little. Boom has done a pretty good job. So I collect them, wacky limited-distribution variants and all. However... No offense to Tula Lotay, but I hate this cover. I've avoided buying one for a long time because I think it's off-theme and, well, ugly. But this one was cheap, so here it is. The desire for completion is a hell of a drug.
