Several tiny tears along upper cover, both front and back, small tear lower edge FC, general wear including dogears. Flat and tight, bit of gloss, white pages. That leaves us with the last seven pages of the first story featuring The Joker, the first TWO pages of the last story featuring The Penguin. and the complete 13 pages center story... complete with a nice centerfold page.
