I read the first page and it looks like you captured the Silver Age LSH flavor but I guess I have to join scribd to read the rest. Thanks for posting the link though!

CBG columnist Andrew Smith referred to his readers as The Legion, and I thought that meant you had to give yourself a LSH name (in correspondence and his message board).

I was Uvu-Lad, From the planet Glottis. I miss those guys.

Years later, a flashback story introduced Arm-Fall-Off Boy.

I concur.  A blatant copy of mid Silver Age Captain Marvel.  Shameful.

DC's Detective Chimp:
Detective Chimp goes undercover as a kindly old gentleman ...

Easy.  As a detective you should know what a cat looks like.

The rest of the room will be filled with bipedal hairless apes.

Useless.

Not so easy-if he's in disguise....like Detective Chimp-

In DC SA comics, no one can penetrate a disguise merely by looking at them.  An octopus could disguise himself as abe lincoln and no one would be the wiser-

Dumb Dumb Dumb idea for a story!!!!

Aquaman answers a distress call on a boat and finds a Clown has passed out and needs a Blood Transfusion.  Once finished the clown gets all of Aquaman's powers.

For starters...... WHY would a clown in full costume even BE on a boat??????

Secondly, since when does losing consiousness require a blood transfusion????

Thirdly, how does a blood transfusion give you the power to breathe underwater?????
