I always thought that was part of its appeal.  Scarcity.

Batman 1 3.0: Appears to have a decent amount of the spine split, but presents nicely for a 3.0 otherwise.

not sure how auction on the whole is going, but I'm about 1 for 10 with another 10 books I gave up on without bidding. Prices seem strong.

I mean why not right. Appears Batman is super hot right now so seems plausible. Can’t can’t wait to watch that 9.4!!!!

Interestingly that 5.0 that sold for $23,400 most recently and in a Heritage auction (it has a detached centerfold), also sold in 2019 in a CC auction for a little over $30K. So for whatever reason took a solid $7K dip from 2019 to 2020. I agree though and think ultimately this 5.5 is a decent enough sale, if anything based off the 7.0.

I'm surprised the Bat 1 and Cap 1 didn't get the CVA sticker treatment  I thought both books looked great for the grade.
