Popular Post alxjhnsn
I hear the how hard it is to get art from Art and I'm amazed with my luck. He was a guest at a first year con. I was there Friday, but had no plans to buy anything from him. But on Saturday, I saw a Lone Ranger in a sketchbook and realized the error of my ways. I asked him if he had any room and he said, "Maybe. What do you want?" I said, "A monster or Longshot, your call." He said, he'd try. He actually stayed late at the show on Sunday to finish it. I was very pleased. Let me introduce Grogg! ($100). Click to embiggen. vodou, comix4fun, fsumavila and 3 others

I believe this to be true, as an artist on the side. You can't really donate your own work on, and have it tax free. I think it would only apply if you are a collector. The below is a link to help clarify: Donating Artwork This is probably why Jim, and hopefully most artists, are only donating a certain percentage, as the other percentage is kept for their time and overhead costs. He's a great person and I really admire his ethics and art, so i say pay the man!

AnkurJ
Huntress was relisted. The high bidder on the first time it sold has bid on others as well... 🤔 Twanj

Seems like it would have been the easiest way to deal with it. Rick2you2

No idea. The same bidder has the high bid on the Deathstroke piece and has bid on multiple others that have sold. Twanj
NelsonAI
If a winning bidder doesn't pay, Jim should just delete all shill bids from this person.

Maybe the bidder thought they were getting Deathstroke too. The new listing makes sure to emphasize it is *only* Huntress.

feder241
In a video chat with Kevin Smith Jim mentioned that 1 bidder purchased 5 pieces already, so I wonder if it's the same person. Edited April 21, 2020 by feder241
MagnusX
Hi guys: What you made of this result? A few days ago a published Harley Quinn splash page by Jim Lee sold under $ 1,600.00. Link... I was surprised for the low price specially when I see smaller sketch by Lee are selling for way more... Granted there is the fact that the sketch pieces will be used for a future cover, but still...
