What's happening is that too many people do not understand what 'free speech" is. 

You don't have it here.  This is a privately owned entity.  You play in CGC's sandbox.  Free speech protects you from being imprisoned by the government.  

So let's put it into perspective.   You are interviewed by a camera crew at the park and you casually mention how you hate (insert ethnic group here) and how they are ruining your park experience.  The police will not arrest you because as Father Lorfanfant said, "Dear boys, America is a wonderful place.  Everyone gets to show how stoooooopid they are."

However, when this airs, it does not stop you from being fired because your boss does not want you representing his business with those views.  It also doesn't stop your neighbors and society from shunning you.

I dont think it even goes this deep man. All people have to do is respect boundaries. Joking around is one thing, but when people are getting hyper agressive and saying off the wall ****, its like kind of common sense to know what you can say and not say.

Me saying the water energy guy was nuts for accusing CGC for revenge grading him with no evidence, ya I think thats justified. Thats a fair thing to say to someone acting irrate. Saying I got a brain injury over a difference in opinion is not ok. There is no justification for saying something that harsh.

And them being harsh, no its more like they grade correctly and fairly. PSA just sucked when it came to grading. They were all over the place and had no consistency. Then again, they hired crappy talent since they are located in Southern California and you cant really get good talent when your only paying 30-40k a year in a high cost of living area. CGC being in Florida makes it easier since they dont have to shell out tons of money to get people to come there since Florida is a way cheaper place to live and people can survive off 30-40k there.

Please, for the love of god, learn the proper use of you're and your.

Can I get a ruling for wishing people death on Christmas who wrong me in egregious ways, like cutting me off in traffic or playing on their phone at a red light and being so involved in their phone they miss the green leaving everyone stuck behind?
