Hi everyone. Can someone with a more astute eye point out what I am not seeing wrong with the corners with my Pikachu RR Vmax? I thought they were pretty clean. I have some other cards that have more squared corners that received 9's. Not complaining, maybe I just don't see what I don't see. Thanks for the help.

Uhhh I mean they look okay. I’d have to see it in person to really tell what might be the issue. I can only assume that it’s either rough cut somewhere or slightly flattened on the edge of a corner. 
 

Tough call, but I would give it at least a 9 but I’m not a professional grader.

Yeah the digital scans are tough to see imperfections, my guess would be the corners aren't "round" enough or that top left nick on the front of the card.

They are grading this card very tough. I was .5 away from a Gem Mint 9.5 because I got a 9 on centering. One of the few times I disagreed with the grade I got on a card with CGC.

Very nice card. Definitely would have been nice to eek out a 9.5.

Ohh okay I couldn’t tell if that was a nick/whitening of just part of the card art. I suppose it’s warranted then, CGC isn’t very lenient on those lol

I have another one that I am going to send in eventually, but I thought this one was the better of the 2. Burning Shadows was notorious for it's poor quality. Right out of the pack many cards had either scuffed corners or cutting errors. Ohh well. It's just going in the safe anyways.
