Wata has the worst cases of any grading company I have ever seen in my life. You couldn't pay me to own one of those unless it was for resale. VGA (AFA) and Wata are both backed up to the moon like CGC, PSA, BGS and almost every other collectible grading company, so the markets probably have room for competition. VGA is widely considered the PGX of games grading for serious collectors, not sure where you're getting your data. Namtak

Jo Seph
Legend of Zelda NES 9.0 just sold for $870k. Definitely a growing market out there, especially with the newer generations growing up with video games. Can’t wait to see the CGC cases! theCapraAegagrus

followtheleader
I know nothing of gaming grading. Is there something that simply breaks it down? I've been thinking of grading this but need to do some research 1st. Patrick oldmilwaukee6er, AGGIEZ and ADAMANTIUM

I've been thinking of grading this but need to do some research 1st. Depends who you grade with. VGA: Grade will consist of the combination of box/case condition as well as seal condition. WATA: Grade Box/Case condition primarily with Seal grading separately (A++, A, B, etc). Will be interesting to see which route CGC take. I prefer VGAs approach since the seal is a big difference between a sealed and opened copy. theCapraAegagrus
musicmeta
Yes, video games are big time collectibles. I think the first Pong arcade machine is worth a bunch of money. The game that started it all.
Xenosmilus
I think I understand now why people think we are crazy spending big money on comic books. When people I know find out I collect comic's they are like, "why" and shake the heads. I'm like that now with video games.
