PGM Guess the grade GSX-1 2 2

I had this graded at the Baltimore Comic Con in 2016. It has not been pressed or cleaned. I have only one scan of this before it got graded. Can you guess the grade?

Is that soiling or foxing along the bottom of the back cover spine? Without knowing, I'm currently at 8.5-9.0.

I blame the layers of plastic I had to look though. Seeing things that probably weren't there.

I saw some dirt , waviness and what looked like a tear on the spine that wasn’t ..guess just being overly critical.
