DC#
Small Heritage auction last night.....IH 181 9.8 fell short of recent sales at $90k. At least two books over $100k already on the Sunday Heritage - Cap #1 and Fun Comics #52. Edited December 9, 2022 by DC#
DC#
Running tally from the 12/11 Heritage Signature Auction Cap #1 at $194k. A Cap #3 in 8.0 got really close at $90k. Fun Comics #52 - $264k Edited December 11, 2022 by DC# Microchip
DC#
From ComicConnect Dec 2022 auction....... Marvel Comics #1 is $293k after the buyers premium. Not a fun trajectory for AF15 - in March a 6.5 went $225k with a $180k sale in June Edited December 19, 2022 by DC# Tec-Tac-Toe

Sweet Lou 14
Whoa, both of those results are insane. The last couple of X-Men #1 9.0s I watched didn't sell for even close to what that guy paid for his 8.0. As for Surfer #1, I'm guessing that result is well over double any previous sale of a 9.8 -- neither GPA nor GoCollect show any sales above $33,000 (admittedly from over six years ago). And there should be at least 5 more books added today from the Heritage Signature auction. What will be interesting is to see if the IH181 9.8 eclipses 100k again - it is sitting at 52k with live bidding in less than 4 hours Edited January 12, 2023 by DC# Microchip
DC#
From the Jan 12th Heritage Signature.... Seeing more softening in these big books - Batman #1 1.8, Superman #1 5.0, and TOS #39 9.2 all down from their 2022 sales (the last TOS #39 9.2 sold for $168k vs 108k today). X-men #1 9.0 was down a bit too from last but flat with a Aug 2022 sale. Edited January 13, 2023 by DC# Microchip and ThothAmon 1

Superman2006
Heritage had a 5.0 Flash Comics #1 that sold for $192K as well (after a few near misses of the $100K barrier by some 1.5 to 2.0 copies in 2021 and 2022) DC#

DC#
Amazing Spider-Man #1 9.2 - Comiclink 1/16/23 - $210k. Significantly above a June 2022 Heritage sale of $168k. UPDATE - Clink says reserve net met. Given the last two sales what kind of reserve number did they have?
