There are only 2 graded higher at 10 and an astounding 34 total 9.9s! These two are a connecting cover "set", the only way it could be any better is if the cert numbers matched by line item, but that is only my OCD. These were a gift for helping Ice Cream Man peeps get ready for the CVL that had both these covers. Both Ice Cream Man and Haha are the highest graded with 12 at 9.9 for ICM and only 4 at 9.9 for Haha. So it is a pretty rare set with only 4 possible 9.9 sets at this point. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised to see a 9.9 but I did not submit it. I pre-ordered this book in a 9.8 and the store sent me this. Maybe they did not open the box to confirm and just assumed all would be 9.8s since they did ask for a minimum of 9.8s? Not sure how it worked out for them but I am happy that I was sent 9.9.
