Witches Tales #25, classic decapitation zombie cover.  I love how the head is attached to the bell ringing and the whole mystery surrounding what happens after 8:30 pm.  Just eerie and creepy

Yeah the head as the clapper is a great little concept that I don't remember seeing elsewhere.    Very cool.   I'm surprised I haven't seen it before.

In addition to that one, I’m pretty sure I have a couple more. A Dollman or Feature comes to mind. There is also a pulp with girls in bells. None are as gruesome as that Witches Tales though.
