I'm just hoping some of the surprise boxes that ship outside of the US are still available by my pick.

For those that don't know, each picker will get 5 minutes once it's their turn.  If they don't pick in 5 minutes, I look at their list and figure out which is the highest ranked item that is still available.  If they didn't submit a form, they will be skipped, but they can come back at any time and make a selection of any of the remaining items.
