Only 2 or so spine creases, the bottom edge back cover and a bit of a stacking crease let it down, at present anyway, since you intend to have it pressed. Nice! It's not wear or damage. Nice book, 9.0 with a press, mainly due to the bottom bc edge. Could be even higher if that bottom edge turns out nice after C&P. Great book! I knew it was getting expensive when you see the updated billing from CGC. Everyone tried to be honest with their grades but I saw your book before their comments. My mind told me your book strong 9.4/9.6 candidate after C&P. I know FMV costs you more money but it’s worth investment for future. Congratulations for owning the holy grail piece.
