We had hallucinogenic currency before 1971: LSD for pounds shillings and pence. Maybe why they changed it, straight laced Brits.) No tears or pieces missing or water staining or writing or things like that. But the back looks to have significant general wear, plus the sun shadowing, so I'd go with 5.0.
