I'll take this one ,too. 

My Dad passed away when I was 19, very unexpectedly, and he was in the middle of a home improvement project.  As he was retired, the Army assigned a liaison Officer who stuck around a few days, cleared some obstacles, and provided much-needed moral support. Two weeks after his funeral, the local Reserve Unit sent some guys to finish the work my father had started.

It's a very tight fortnight for me, due to high medication costs. You may see me posting new items in the Toy thread, but they were paid for well before this fundraiser, sadly, or I would have gladly diverted the funds here.

I have done what little I could and made a direct, anonymous donation to the GoFundMe.
