Judging by the age old "current tat" thread I find it highly unlikely that people are getting submissions back and letting them sit unopened for a month.

I agree Pat, one would think.  Everyone I know through the years usually seems amped up to open their CGC boxes right away.

14-days seems reasonable to me to inform CGC of any kind of problems, but whatevs anymore.

Eagles season is around the corner which is more important! Yeaaaa Birds!

Is it 2 weeks to submit the forms or 2 weeks to return the actual slabs  to CGC?

2 weeks to complete a submission form for all mechanical errors.

Some of you don't understand many of the defects happened in shipping transit not at QC.

So you're saying they don't get packed well.

Anyway, defects aren't caused by shippers.  Damage is.

Defects are 100% on CGC.  No matter how hard you try and defend them.

You can pretty much assume for the rest of your life they will have no worthy competitor.

When he says “you can’t see me” is he referring to the blind people in CGC’s QC department?

Probably referencing the old glass company CGC hired to develop their new " Ultra Clear Cases" that they no longer take back when they look like this..

I would love for CGC to find a holder that doesn’t allow the book to move and get pinched by the inner well.  I have experienced several books that have been damaged due to Shaken Comic Syndrome.

So shippers never damage packages in transit? :baiting:

Fedex, USPS, and Fedex do their part as well.

Right after college I worked shortly at UPS.  We were throwing your boxes worse than this.
