This was an issue for me that caused me to stop shipping to Canada.  Within the US I will take responsibility until the Post Office confirms that it reached your property.  When shipping to Canada, I can't really take responsibility past the border.  After a few scary delay situations, I realized that I didn't ever want to have to face that conflict.  Eventually I realized that I didn't want to deal with shipping concerns at all and just moved all my sales to MCS.

It's a good policy.  Will keep you out of Strip Clubs as well.  At least the ones where you can't buy.

It's almost always been a hassle with international customers for me, so the shipping rates are just half of the equation.
