Trying to decide  grade to base fair price to pay for this copy of Fantastic Four 14 - note the tear in the back cover, any comments/grades are appreciated.

SA Marvel?  It's a buyer's market right now.  Household debt is at an all-time high.  Personally, I'd regard the lesser of the following two values a gift to the seller: (1) current OPG; or (2) most recent GPA, less the total cost of CGC certification.  That would put me at about $75.

Flippers who added SA Marvels to their inventory in 2021 are deep underwater on most of this material.  Expect to see a whole lot of "wishful thinking" type asking prices.  If you're in a buying mode, educate yourself quickly (rather than depending on us), and then press your advantage.  Knowledge and discipline/patience are always the keys to success.

I'd call this book about a 3.5/4.0. Depends on how CGC regards the chipping.

Small tears on the top front cover. Marvel chipping on the right hand side front cover. Tears and pieces missing on the bottom front cover. Small piece missing at the case of the spine. Small piece missing and a tear on the back cover.
