If I cancel my Elite membership, do I get a refund? 3 3

I paid for my elite membership about a week before the CGC announcement. If I cancel, do I get at least a partial refund for the remainder of the year?

We currently are unable to provide prorated refunds for memberships, and any membership requests need to be sent to us in writing within 30 days of signing up or renewing. Please kindly note that after the merge, Elite members now receive 20% off all grading fees (plus a $150.00 credit)!

I purchased a membership and realized shortly after it was the wrong level. I was confused in the tiers. I bought elite but need the level below. Can this be fixed? I can not afford the $300 I paid.

If I purchase a premium membership do I instantly get my $150 credit? And is it just a one time credit or is it each year I renew as well?

Thank you for reaching out! Yes, once you sign up for a Premium or Elite membership a $150 membership credit is applied to your account. You will receive the membership credit each year as you renew. Please note the online form is unable to display available grading credits. The membership credit is valid for 1-year from the date of purchase and will automatically apply to any regular CCG fees. It get applied when they charge you for your order after they receive your cards
