The Grade is In! PGM Batman 3 1 1

This book has a large spine roll and the bottom staple is popped. I don't think I will be sending it in for a press because I'm afraid the top staple will pop. What do you guys think? Should I have it pressed? Also, what grade would you give it as is? Thanks-

I might have tried to correct the Spine Roll, but don't fault you for skipping that.
