Honestly CT… those videos were up until very very recently. And I believe there is at least one still up til this day. If anyone with skin in the game wants to chat about this. Please DM me.

There is this, but I know there was a “vibe” about Mike that went back much earlier. I’ll have to Dig through my notes.

Yes! I forgot Master CPU is Mike D!  One and the same. This was his earlier business that went under. Early grumblings about Hero and Mike specifically. These boards hold a wealth of archived information.  I did find this for anyone who wants a glimpse into the early days. . .

Before he was “Hero” he as Master CPU. 2009 his attitude was already there.

I've never used Hero restoration since I only collect dreck, but I did follow CT at one point and messaged him on Instagram last December. I never got a response. It's impossible that he wasn't aware of Hero Restoration's issues months before he was arrested. I know there's plenty of other comic youtubers that probably knew about this and didn't address the issue either. I think your boy gemmint also kept his promotional videos up. I'm not sure if he deleted them recently.

Yeah that needs to be done. The only reason I used Hero Restoration was because of Tom's videos promoting them.

If this court allows this buffoonery of a conman a reduction in bond, he will likely disappear after delivering a monologue of dearly departed baby chickens, victim blaming.... I mean how dare they blame him?, and mustachioed gravitas*. With my full chest it must be said:

In most cases, you can pay a bail bond of 10-15%.  It might depend on the kind of case and possible collateral available.

 

if I was a victim, I’d be concerned that there might still be books (belonging to me or other victims) that haven’t been recovered that might be sold off.  
 

Very generally the court is typically concerned with

1. flight risk

2.  will they commit more crimes, including disposal of evidence

3.  Is there risk that they pose a physical threat to anyone specifically or in general

4.  Do they pose a threat to themselves - self harm or drug/alcohol abuse
