@MattM CS if there is anyway to escalate for quicker resolution I would really appreciate it. I have purchased and printed the shipping label already and need to ship today or pay for a new label..

Thank you for the reply. The team was working on it as quickly as they could. I checked today and the issue has now been resolved. You should be able to print your packing slip. We appreciate your patience while we corrected this server issue.
