Dubble Bubble Fun Book? 0

As of a few years ago this rad Dubble Bubble Fun Book circa 1958 was not included in the Promotional Comics section of the Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide:

(Copy not mine.)

It's chock full of activity pages as well as comic stories. The back cover suggests that it may have been intended for Canadian distribution only. 

Does anyone have one of these?

It looks like it's a comic book/activity book hybrid. Does Overstreet usually include promotional publications like that or only pure comic books?
