I had a very Merry Christmas and look at what I got thanks to my wife with an assist from Russ Heath and Steve Wyatt.

You have to check it out - it has a three-headed, fire breathing, sea horse!

My C-link win:

Epic Illustrated #29 Page 1 through 15 (complete story) by Rich Buckler:

Nice grab. :golfclap:

After 15+ years collecting OA the appeal of a single random page is wearing off a little. I really like have a complete story so much more, they are just a lot harder to come by.

This is a beautiful start to a to a life-changing addiction !

Welcome - great to have you among the addicts !

The page is a very nice Colan page, with the impressive moody Scarecrow

panels being my favorite part.

Thanks. I thought I would try and stay away from OA but there is just something about it!

When I asked about the price of this piece I was surprised it was so cheap so I snapped it up.

Agree about Scarecrow, thats what made me buy it.

Like childhood development, there are defiantly stages of collecting as you get older into the hobby I think.....

I, personally, am enjoying my toddler years :whee:

I decided to take advantage of my CAF Premium membership and upload larger scans of my art. I'll have my complete stories back on display soon :wishluck:

It's been a good year so far for indulging my fondness for 1980s painted art.

Two new additions to my CAF -- painted Art Suydam pages from the spectacular Mudwogs stories. Not

explicit, but not particularly work-safe either.
