Was that GI Combat 44 a number of years ago?

Yes...It was pretty freakin' awesome.

 

I know a little a bit about the copy. :shy:

I want a nicer copy in which to have scribbling on the front cover :(

Not being a war comic enthusiast, I only have two in my collection. Here's one of them. Perhaps someone can tell me whether it's hard to find and a desirable book. I don't remember why I even bought it; I guess it looked really nice, I like the blue background and the fact it hit the stands the date and year I was born: June 1953. It also has nice page quality.
