Oh yah. I’ve known about that early house ad for years. Came out in January 1962, in between FF3 and FF4 release dates. Pretty cool 😎

I should have figured you'd have bumped into it by now. Russ and I were in a local shop when I showed it to him and he flipped over it! He's a big FF guy and shortly afterward, I sold him a duplicate copy of the issue. To me, that's the kind of thing that should be included on a CGC label; First house ad for Fantastic Four.

Agreed. I’ll try to get Overstreet to break it out in the guide maybe and designate the first FF house ad.
