What do you guys think on what this may be graded ? Or the condition of ? I'm not to sure it has bit of wear on few pages lower and sides ( most pages are in good shape)  and there is a page that has come detached in middle but all pages are accounted for! And everything is readable I think its in pretty good condition honestly what do you guys think?

here's my 1.8, still with me from childhood.

If you look closely, you’ll see the minute imperfections that keep Billy’s copy out of the 9.8 range. 
Of course, I’m a very experienced grader. They might not leap out to someone newer to the hobby.
