Paul what?.....is there some problem with the mortgage industry? ... I didn't notice Working at a bank that has taken US$10BN of losses due to US sub-prime mortgages I can tell you that most banks are out of this market for good. Won't be buying as much in 2008 as my bonus will also be impacted HSBC??

Ebel 1911
I'd want the Cap to stare at the awesome cover everyday but I'd pick the Batman because it seems more likely to have a higher relative value after holding it for years.
showcase4
A few years ago, both sold for approx. $6k. The graders notes on the Archie reference 3 pieces of tape on the interior of the cover, and an extra set of staples not from manufacturing. Which one would you choose, and why ? Ebel 1911
That's a tough one! The Tec is a nice option but it looks like it's got mold and Archie has extra staples and would likely get a PLOD if resubmitted... I'd probably go for the Archie because it presents much better than the Tec. If I was enjoying my collection I would enjoy the Archie whenever I looked at it or showed it off but with the Tec, I'd have to defend $6,000 to everyone (non comic-collectors) and explain why I bought something that looks like it was found in an alley.
