Happy Birthday Stan!

 

My little 9yr old son was drawing in his book yesterday making some comics. I gave him the "How to draw the marvel way" book.

He does a few drawings and ask me "if Stan Lee would like these if he saw them" I put my arms around my son and said "Stan would love them! He loves kids and comics".

This got me thinking since I was a kid Stan has been a part of my life and still is. I find that very cool.

Happy Birthday Stan!

 

I remember the first time I read a Marvel Comic. My Dad bought me one when he took me to the barber for the first time. I wouldn't stop crying so he bought me a comic book. It was the Amazing Spider-Man and it shut me up right away. I have been hooked ever since.
