selegue
I've been pretty quiet lately but I couldn't pass this one up even if it is a little outside my normal preferences... Very nice! What a silly-looking Hitler. I don't think I would ever have IDed that face by itself as Schomburg's work. He looks like a cross between Hitler and Beaker from "The Muppet Show."

walclark
Totally agree. A classic cover that attempts to portray the true evil of Hitler. I searched for several years (this was actually in the pre-eBay era) for a copy. Finally spotted one on the bottom row of a dealer's wall at Chicago. Didn't even haggle, paid the man, and left very happy. Congratulations!
Sardo Numspar
...and here's another (hey, it even has my name on the cover): Gorgeous book. Im working on a run of 1-15, and anticipate great difficulty in finding a 6 as nice as this one. they are fun indeed. (worship) Parker - could you please scan and show a pic of the back cover of number 5?

This is seriously making me contemplate building "a run" of Silver Streaks even though the very idea of single title runs goes against my empirical training and collecting philosophy. Must ...resist ...all temptations ...from the dork side of the farce. Arrrrrgh!
